Text Messaging Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 28, 2026

This Text Messaging Privacy Policy describes how the business or brand identified when you enroll in a text messaging program (the “Participating Business,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and discloses information associated with its SMS and MMS text messaging programs.

This policy applies specifically to information collected or processed in connection with our text messaging programs.

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with our text messaging program, we may collect:

  • Your mobile telephone number
  • Your name and customer or company information, when associated with your account
  • Records showing when, where, and how you opted in
  • The consent language presented to you when you opted in
  • The date and time of your consent
  • Messages sent to and received from your telephone number
  • Opt-in, opt-out, HELP, and other messaging requests
  • Delivery and messaging status information
  • Order, delivery, account, transaction, or customer-service information necessary to provide relevant messages
  • Technical information provided by our messaging and telecommunications service providers

2. How We Use Information

We may use text messaging information to:

  • Send messages you requested or consented to receive
  • Provide order, delivery, pickup, scheduling, and transaction updates
  • Provide account and customer-service communications
  • Respond to questions or requests
  • Send marketing or promotional communications when you have consented to receive them
  • Record and manage your messaging preferences
  • Process opt-out requests
  • Maintain records of consent
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use
  • Maintain and improve our communications systems
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

3. Text Messaging Consent and Mobile Information

We treat mobile telephone numbers and text messaging consent information as confidential information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any disclosure of personal information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent provided to one Participating Business is not treated as consent to receive text messages from a separate affiliated or related business unless you separately opt in to that business’s messaging program.

4. Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate our text messaging program, including telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, software providers, hosting providers, and other technology vendors.

These providers may process your mobile number and messaging information only as necessary to provide services to us or otherwise as permitted by law.

Providing information to a service provider that processes information on our behalf is not authorization for that provider to use your mobile information or messaging consent for its own marketing purposes.

5. Other Disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, subpoenas, or other legal processes
  • Protect the rights, property, safety, or security of our customers, employees, businesses, or others
  • Detect or prevent fraud, security incidents, or illegal activity
  • Investigate misuse of our systems
  • Complete a legitimate business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable privacy laws and protections

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be transferred for the purpose of enabling another party to market or promote its products or services to you.

6. Retention

We retain text messaging information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the messaging program, maintain records of consent and opt-out requests, provide customer service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

We may retain records showing that you opted out after your other customer information is deleted when necessary to ensure that we continue honoring your opt-out request.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

No electronic communications or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your Choices

Participation in our text messaging program is voluntary.

You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time.

Reply STOP to a message to unsubscribe.

You may also communicate your request to stop receiving messages through other reasonable methods made available by the Participating Business.

For assistance, reply HELP or contact the Participating Business directly.

Opting out of text messages does not necessarily affect communications through other channels, such as email, telephone, postal mail, or communications necessary to complete a transaction, unless your request indicates otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information maintained about you, including rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.

Requests may be submitted using the contact information provided by the Participating Business on its website.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our business text messaging programs are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
